Started my new workout this morning! I feel good!! lol 150 crunches.. 50 dips.. 10 push ups… REPEAT tonight.. Running starts tomorrow Morning! WHOO HOO! I’m PUMPED!.. OPERATION FLAT BELLY & TIGHT BUTT!! lolol
